ALBERT LEA, MINN. - The State Patrol on Thursday identified three of the four people killed in a crash Wednesday in southern Minnesota. The victims include two children from Iowa.

They are Bambi Khemphomma, 13, and Christi Khemphomma, 11, of Waterloo, Iowa. They were riding in a minivan driven by a 46-year-old from Waterloo, who was killed but not identified Thursday.

The other person killed was Gloria Anderson, 62, of St. Charles, Ill. She was driving a 1996 Toyota that the patrol says crossed the center line on Interstate 90 and struck a semitrailer truck.

The semitrailer then crossed into the eastbound lane and struck the minivan carrying the group from Waterloo. It happened about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday on I-90 at Hwy. 13 near Albert Lea.

The patrol says the truck driver, Randy Pedersen, 56, of Swaledale, Iowa, wasn't hurt.
