PGA Tour notes: Tiger Woods won the Cadillac Championship at Doral for his second victory of the year last week, but he isn't entered this week. … Scott Brown won the Puerto Rico Open for his first PGA Tour title last week and this week takes first advantage of his two-year exemption. … Besides Donald, top players in the field are Louis Oosthuizen, Adam Scott, Matt Kuchar, Jason Dufner, U.S. Open champion Webb Simpson, Sergio Garcia and Nick Watney. ... Vijay Singh is making his third start since admitting he used deer antler spray.
