AUSTIN, MINN. --- A witness called police Sunday to say a motorist by the Riverside Arena was running over a skunk with his vehicle -- on purpose. Now the 17-year-old might face animal cruelty charges. The juvenile told police he wasn't sure why he ran over the stinky animal with his car. Here's the Austin Post-Bulletin's account.
