It's right there on the official Hopkins city seal: a big, plump raspberry. The 18,000-person suburb is raspberry crazy, a condition they've channeled into an annual festival for almost 80 years. If you like folksy charm on overdrive, it's the place to be. Among the highlights: sporting events, an art festival, soapbox racing (11:30 a.m. Sat.) and live music. The fest climaxes Sunday with the Raspberry Run (11 a.m.) and Grande Day Parade (1 p.m.). You don't have to be Raspberry Royalty to appreciate this tip-o'-the-hat to everyone's favorite berry.
