This rush hour can't end soon enough. It's been a nightmare for drivers on 35W southbound from Lino Lakes to Roseville, and on 94 eastbound through downtown Minneapolis.

Just as one crash is cleared, another pops up. The latest are on southbound 35W at County Road 96 with another one ahead at University Avenue in Minneapolis.

Troopers are still on the scene of an earlier crash on 94 east at 35W. The lanes are open, but the backup still stretches back to 49th Avenue. Plan on 45 minutes to an hour to get from Hwy. 252 to the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
