Twins fans tend to be thirsty and thrifty, two notions that usually find themselves at odds when it comes to drink prices at Target Field. But there is some good news hoping to grab a beer without breaking the bank: From 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. before Thursday night games at Target Field, bars inside the ballpark will have a "Thirsty Thursday" promotion featuring $2 beers and well drinks.

That said, I took a glance through the home schedule and only found five Thursday night games at Target Field all season — and just one before July, on April 30. Plan your consumption accordingly.

food for thought What if, instead of being a kind genius, Chip Kelly is an evil genius whose intent is to destroy the Philadelphia Eagles?

sad reality The first thing I thought about with Jimmy Graham being traded to Seattle is the impact on his fantasy football value.
