Caleb Thielbar is back in his home state, and will be in uniform tonight against the Indians.

Thielbar, one of the last pitchers cut during spring training, was recalled from Class AAA Rochester on Friday after fellow lefthander Brian Duensing strained the right intercostal muscle in his ribcage while pitching against the Royals.

Thielbar, a native of Northfield, Minn., was 1-0 in three relief appearances for the Red Wings this season, and had not given up a run in 2 1/3 innings. He has a 2.59 ERA in two seasons with the Twins.
