The roads lightly traveled

Traffic is lighter than normal this morning with light levels on most highways and freeways.

Perhaps most people are still sleeping after staying up late to watch election results; that has traffic lighter than normal this morning.

No major tiesup or delays at this hour.

Here is a heads up for Cedar Avenue drivers. The highway will be reduced to a single lane starting at 10 a.m. today between Hwy. 13 and Old Shakopee Road.
