By "turns on," they mean "activates," or "revolves around," right? No: this is about the war on Bieber waged by anti-social 4chan types with no actual human-interaction skills. It's another of those Taiwanese news animations that sums up recent events in creepy CGI, and it tells you things you may have missed. You may not have known that Justin was actually performing on YouTube through the miracle of ultrasound, was killed in a car accident but came back to life after some girls took his picture, and then . . . well, you'll see. By the way, we're sure "STD" stands for "Such a Teen Dream."
