The guy whose Twitter handle is @Suarez is having a really rough day

Italy's Giorgio Chiellini (3) complains after Uruguay's Luis Suarez ran into his shoulder with his teeth.

Luis Suarez of Uruguay sure looks like he bit a man today. Again. Making matters worse for Italy, Uruguay scored not long after the infraction, the Italians lost 1-0 and were booted out of the World Cup.

But we found someone having a worse day than Suarez and a worse day than the AP photographer who sent that photo caption to the right (yes, that's the real caption that moved on the wire).

As noted by Deadspin, that person would be a poor man in Buenos Aires who has the @Suarez Twitter handle. Because while it's pretty clear he's not Luis Suarez, plenty of angry soccer fans weren't into clarity on Tuesday.

Poor Diego Suarez, who has posted some rather hilarious Tweets in English on his feed, too.
