If Aerosmith's Steven Tyler was a raconteur and theater artist instead of a rocker, he would be Martin Dockery. The New York storyteller has passion, edge and an impish quality that suggests he might just jump into the audience and crowd surf. Onstage with an unused stool and a cup of water, he tells of his travels to Chernobyl after the nuclear meltdown, and somehow relates that story to the Burning Man Festival. Dockery is given to asides, and is totally in the moment for a show whose entertainment value is not in the content but in the zany delivery. (8:30 p.m. Fri. & Sat., 4 p.m. Sun. & 7 p.m. Mon., Ritz Theatre, 345 13th Av. NE, Mpls.)
