"The Voice" may not have anointed a major recording star yet, but it's done an impressive job of recruiting big names to coach the next generation. The latest: Miley Cyrus, who can ride in on her wrecking ball as an adviser for the first "knockout" round.

Flash forward

Even superheroes have a hard time making the leap over network walls for crossover episodes, but the CW's Flash is sprinting his way past security to aid CBS' "Supergirl" in both fighting evil and helping the freshman series secure a second season. It helps that both networks are owned by the same parent company.

Fog of war

Journalist Michael Ware, who traded in his Time magazine and CNN credentials to start a film company, presents "Only the Dead See the End of War," a personal look back at his experiences during the Iraq war. The documentary has already picked up a slew of awards in Ware's native Australia.
