The Accretive settlement

• Two-year outright ban on Accretive Health doing business in Minnesota.

• Company can't reenter state before November 2018 without attorney general's permission.

• Accretive does not admit liability or wrongdoing but agrees to pay $2.5 million to a state-controlled fund that will compensate patients.

• Settlement was approved by U.S. District Judge Richard H. Kyle in St. Paul shortly after it was signed by Accretive and the attorney general.
