WIth the sun coming up, traffic is slowing on eastbound 394 from Hwy. 169 to downtown Minneapolis. You'll need 15 minutes.

Same is true on northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis.

It's 15 minute on eastbound 494 from 169 to Lyndale Av.; same on westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100.

Drivers on 94 westbound will need 15 minutes from Dale Street to Cedar Avenue in Minneapolis.
