TFD: Nick Barnett is going to take a little break from Twitter

The Packers' LB, who had a few choice words for fans after Green Bay's loss to the Bengals, is going to stay off Twitter until the offseason.

We first noticed Nick Barnett's choicest tweet last night (yeah, we were combing through Packers coverage. We do that when they lose. We're not proud, but we're not denying it). Apparently, the only way for a cooler head to prevail and for fans to not feel this linebacker's wrath is for Nick to stay off Twitter until the offseason. His last three posts, presumably until a few minutes after the final game of the regular season (see what we did there?!) (sic):

Hey everyone.. I done somethinking and I have decided to stay off Twitter unroll next offseason.. I am a emotional person and sometimes With this Twitter thing I forget that everything is public.. Sometimes I feel I am talking to my freinds and just talk.. So I am going To pull myself away from that.. Thanks to all the people who supported me thru my rehab and tough times and for the haters well god loves u.

Yeah, we forget when public things are public, too. We forget what sandwiches look like. We lose track of the sky. It's all good.

(If this isn't enough Twitter for you, Rashad McCants is off the charts right now with Khloe Kardashian/reality TV/Lamar Odom stuff).

Have a great night, everybody.
