One more time ...

We sat in on a conference call yesterday regarding TBS's postseason MLB coverage. Nothing huge came of it (we had to jump off after about 25 minutes for a meeting), but it did make us think back to last year. As you'll recall, Chip Caray drove viewers (including many in Minnesota) crazy. He is no longer part of the TBS postseason crew. Ernie Johnson, Ron Darling and John Smoltz will handle the Twins-Yankees series. But just for the sake of posterity, please to have a listen to his infamous call from Game 163, Tigers vs. Twins.

Speaking of which, we're headed to Target Field. We have Yankees coverage duty during home games in the ALDS, and the Bronx Bombers are due at the yard for some advance work in about an hour. Now, though: the video:
