West Haven police have arrested a local man accused of Tweeting threats toward executives, players and coaches of the New York Mets, along with a specific threat to Citi Field, police said.

Police arrested Aryn Leroux, 42, of 173 Contact Drive in West Haven today on an outstanding warrant.

Over at SI.com, some of his tweets -- the account appears to have been deleted -- were captured by another person. They speak of a bloodbath at CitiField: "think of it ... it would be the lead story on CNN ... #mets fans kill the team owner-gm-manager. before they kill us. #selfdefense."

So yeah, be careful what you tweet. And don't be like that guy.
