Enjoy the game.

Per Access Vikings: Vikings coach Brad Childress asked Brett Favre on Saturday if he wanted to say anything to his teammates to address the controversy that has surrounded him since allegations emerged that he sent inappropriate messages and photos via cell phone to former Jets sideline reporter Jenn Sterger when he played for the team in 2008.

Favre declined at that time.

On Monday, however, Favre did address his teammates as a group at the team hotel in New Jersey. He apologized for being a distraction but never admitted to any of the allegations.

Seems like there should be an e-card for this occasion.

We also enjoyed the very first comment on that story, as pointed out by Stu. So far, 172 of 206 people like the notion of this:

Why there was no allegations during his 16 years tenure in GB, but in 1 year in NJ, he has got 3! And why it is such a big deal? He did not do a Tiger Woods in any comparison! Let Deanna decide the punishment if the allegations are fact based. If not, I demand deadspin to be outlawed from www.

Rocket, can we get a legal ruling on this?
