Why not?

Yeah, we know there is a ton of stuff going on. Conference realignment/pillaging. Adrian Peterson is a talker. The NBA finals. The World Cup. The Twins and the Braves (two worlds collide). But for some reason, as we stood on a softball field today, all we could think about was this crazy play Ozzie Smith once made. In our memory, it was a ground ball up the middle, and he ranged crazily to his left, only at the last minute it took a wicked hop. Unfazed, he reached up and snared it barehanded. Apparently, this is pretty close to what happened. We've only seen it like once or twice, but we so desperately wanted to see it again. And we wanted other people to see it. So we figured when we were back online, we could find it and share it. Alas, it is nowhere to be found. The only promising lead was here, but the link went to a video that's been removed for copyright violation -- a copyright violation that is depriving you of seeing an awesome defensive play right now. Instead, you will have to settle for this old Ozzie Smith clip from "The Baseball Bunch." It's not bad.
