If you fancy a side of blood-curdling horror with your BBQ ribs and coleslaw, then we have the spot for you.
An iconic feature of the "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" set is being transformed into the aptly-named "We Slaughter Barbecue" joint, according to the Guardian.
Described as a "horror barbecue resort," the new eatery will open this summer at the building that held the Last Chance gas station in the film — also known as Bilbo's Texas Landmark — in Bastrop, Texas.
Fans of the 1974 Tobe Hooper-directed blood fest will recall that the filling station and barbecue joint was run by Drayton Sawyer, the head of a family of cannibals and a man had a habit of serving customers human chili.
After falling into disrepair and being closed for many years, the venue is set to be reopened by Ohio businessman Roy Rose, a longtime "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" fan who bought the property last year.
According to the Guardian, he has also brought actor Ari Lehman, who played the first Jason Voorhees in the 1980 film "Friday the 13th," on board as a partner.
