About 51,700 pairs of white infant sandals are being recalled by Target after it received eight reports of the shoes' decorative plastic flowers detaching, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The detached flowers pose a choking hazard. The sandals have the brand name "Circo" on the bottom and inside surfaces. The style name is "Aloma." The recall is for infant girls' sizes 2 through 5. The shoes were sold at Target stores and through their website, www.target.com for about $10 from January to May. Consumers should return the shoes to any Target store for a refund. For more information, call 1-800-440-0680 or go to www.target.com. To see the entire recall with photos, go to www.startribune.com/a512. JANE FRIEDMANN
