Target Corporation is recalling about 3,400 stuffed plush-fabric frog masks that the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says pose a suffocation hazard when secured over a child's face. The thick mask has no nose or mouth holes.
The masks were sold only at Target stores in August and September and cost about $1. The masks are green with yellow eyeholes and a thin, red mouth. Green elastic bands fastened the mask behind the child's head.
The UPC code 06626491474 is printed on a label attached to the mask.
Customers should immediately take masks from children and return them to any Target store for a refund.
For more information contact Target at 800-440-0680 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
