Two local guys have stepped up to help anyone with an Internet connection make sense of the World Cup. Curt Baker and Mike Arney from the Minneapolis-based branding firm Little created Tap In, a Web app that gives users a bite-sized preview of games and players to watch. It doesn't matter if you're a bandwagon fan or a die-hard looking to brush up on Nigeria's offense — you'll sound as though you know what you're talking about. www.tapinguide.com
