Take an online survey to measure public's response to snow warnings

The recent snow-slush storm has activated an online survey to gauge how the public responded to storm warnings. The survey, co-ordinated by the National Weather Service and St. Cloud State University, is active for 72 hours following the expiration of winter storm warnings. It's at
