When the world's best golfers descend on Hazeltine in Chaska at the end of the month, they'll be battling stroke for stroke for the iconic trophy … that you saw up close and personal the week before — if you join us on Sept. 20 for our Ryder Cup Preview.

The Ryder Cup itself will likely steal the show during our special lunch-hour event focusing on one of golf's most exciting moments. Visitors can check out the trophy and get a complementary 4x6 photo of their "celebrity encounter."

A discussion about the tournament also will take place, with Ryder Cup Chairman Patrick Hunt and Star Tribune journalists. The action starts just 10 days after the event.

One more thing: you might want to bring your lucky putter. The Minnesota Wild will be on hand with a 25-foot putting contest and handing out prizes. Sink your putt and you'll be entered in a drawing to win two tickets to the Ryder Cup. How steady are those hands?

Tickets, the trophy and a fun conversation — see you on the 20th at #StribHQ.
