T.R. Knight, best known for his role as George O'Malley on "Grey's Anatomy," got married in New York this past Friday to his boyfriend, Patrick, according to US Weekly.
Knight got his start in the Twin Cities, appearing as Tiny Tim at the Guthrie Theater, as well as numerous other roles. He came back this past June to take part in the Guthrie's 50th anniversary special. He also returned in 2008 for a special reading of "The Laramie Project."
Knight famously left "Grey's Anatomy" after a fallout with creator Shonda Rhimes. He is currently in New York City playing Mercutio in an off-Broadway production of "Romeo & Juliet." US Weekly reports that former "Grey's" co-star Katherine Heigl attended the intimate ceremony.
