No surprise, really

An update on a nasty story we mentioned a while ago. The son of - oh, you'll see.

We're not privy to all the details, but it seems odd he would be charged with attempted murder of someone who was actually fully dead, no? But here's the double-punch details:

Must have been a really merry time around the Christmas dinner table. More details here, including a picture of the charmer. Interesting how the caption has to tell you which one's the lawyer. Looks rather obvious from here.

Can't find any AP photos of Son to use, but here's Dad after he was arrested.
