A suspect is in custody after a man was shot and killed Friday morning at a storage business on the border of Minnetonka and Hopkins.

St. Louis Park police arrested a 65-year-old man and recovered a gun. Police aren't searching for any other suspects.

A witness at a nearby business said he and others were told to stay indoors as police surrounded the area in the 2800 block of Hedberg Drive about 11:10 a.m.

The suspect surrendered peacefully, said Minnetonka Police Chief Scott Boerboom. City police officers received help from several other police departments and the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office.

Boerboom said police investigators are working to determine the circumstances around the shooting.
