A 27-year-old man was arrested at Mystic Lake's golf course in connection with a road rage incident on Friday morning in Prior Lake.

Prior Lake police responded at 9:30 a.m. to a report that a motorcyclist had fired shots at a car on County Roads 82 and 83, according to Police Chief Mark Elliott. No one was injured, but bullets hit the car.

Officers located the suspect at 10:20 a.m. at the Meadows Golf Course. He ignored officers' commands and fled into a swampy area, Elliott said.

The officers secured the area, and by 1:20 p.m., he was found in the swamp and surrendered, according to police. The golf course was shut down during the manhunt. The Star Tribune typically does not name suspects before they are charged.
