Wearing a button that read, "It is We the People, not We the Government," Larry Sachi listened to a rousing speech by U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann and applauded when she touted "constitutional conservatism."

What does it mean to him?

"We got to get back to the government getting out of the way," said Sachi, an alternate delegate for gubernatorial candidate Tom Emmer. Specifically, Sachi said the federal government should stay out of education and welfare and leave those responsibilities to the state.

He said he supports Emmer because he believes he has business savvy and because he likes Emmer's running mate, Annette Meeks.
