Black Pepper Chicken Skewers
Serves 6.
Note: This dish will wake you up! If you're nervous about the quantity of pepper, cut back on it. Skewering the chicken helps the meat brown evenly and makes it easy to take in and out of the skillet. • 3 tbsp. black peppercorns
• 3 lb. skinless, boneless chicken thighs
• Kosher salt
• 1/2 c. soy sauce
• 1 tbsp. honey
• 6 tbsp. butter
