Sun Country Airlines to begin Twin Cities-Denver service

Flights between MSP and Denver will begin May 2.

Twin Cities travelers heading to and from Denver will have another choice of airlines. Starting May 2, Sun Country Airlines will offer daily non-stop service between the two cities, the airline announced Thursday.

Flights to Denver will depart the Twin Cities at 10:20 a.m. Flights from Denver to the Twin Cities will depart at 12:15 p.m.

With the addition of Denver service, Sun Country will serve 35 destinations throughout the year.

Sun Country is based in the Twin Cities and operates at Terminal 2/Humphrey at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.

In February, Alaska Airlines will begin nonstop service between Minneapolis-St. Paul and Portland, Oregon.
