The folks at the Summit-University Planning Council are seeking help this weekend with picking up trash along I-94 in St. Paul. The neighborhood has been given permission by the Minnesota Department of Transportation, but they need your help.
Beginning at 7 a.m. Saturday, Summit-University volunteer Ross Callahan and whoever he can convince to join him and his family will be doing what they can to clean up one of the most heavily used portions of interstate highway in the Twin Cities.
Jens Werner, executive director of the SUPC, is asking cleanup-minded volunteers to go to https://www.volunteersignup.org/WCL8Q to sign up.
