Northeast Minneapolis-based Mona Williams will open a new store Fri. at the Mall of America in the West Market on the first floor next door to Designer Shoe Warehouse. The Mall of America's Beautiful May promotion continues through Tuesday with several stores offering discounts, samples, special offers and beauty tips for makeup, hair and skin care.
