After being denied a contractor's license in June because of his criminal background, Stuart Luhm sold his home renovations company, according to a stock purchase agreement provided by the buyer this week. The new owner has filed a business license with the secretary of state's office listing himself as agent and CEO and has recently applied for his contractor's license. State documents dated last month were used to report this story originally on August 3, but the documents did not reflect the change of ownership that occurred four months earlier.
