Steven Tyler of Aerosmith and "American Idol" fame has had another bad fall, this time in Paraguay, according to Reuters. Some disturbing signs: It came in his bathroom, while showering, leaving him bloody, missing several teeth and sending him to the emergency room, according to the report.

Tyler was in Paraguay to perform tonight with Aerosmith. TMZ reports that the show is canceled. The tour had just kicked off Saturday in Lima, Peru, but fans were reporting that Tyler's voice gave out at times during the show.

LATE TUESDAY UPDATE: Tyler, who lost two teeth, apparently fell because of food poisoning, TMZ. com reported.

It isn't the singer's first, either. In 2009, he fell off a stage while performing in Sturgis, S.D., breaking his shoulder and getting filmed on YouTube, above. In quick succession, he then quit Aerosmith and headed to rehab.

In some good news, Rolling Stone recently reported that Tyler and Aerosmith were finishing up a new release, perhaps to be out in March. And he is "muse and spokesperson" for a new clothing line.
