INDIANAPOLIS — Stefan Wilson will make his IndyCar debut at Baltimore with Dale Coyne Racing as a teammate to older brother, Justin.
Stefan Wilson will drive the No. 18 Nirvana Tea Honda in the Sept. 1 race.
Justin Wilson drives the No. 19 Honda for Coyne on a full-time basis. The brothers were in an IndyCar together for the first time in March when they both participated in preseason testing at Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama. But Stefan Wilson was unable to put together the sponsorship package needed to race, and Coyne has used a revolving door of drivers this year in the No. 18.
Stefan Wilson most recently competed in the Indy Lights Series, winning two races in 2011. He ran just Lights race in 2012.
