The State Patrol has identified a man killed in a rollover crash Saturday on Interstate 94 in St. Paul as Ryan Galegher.
Galegher, 31, of Minneapolis, was driving east near Prior Avenue when his car drifted onto the right shoulder and rolled over, the patrol said.
Road conditions were dry at the time of the crash, which was reported at 2:36 p.m.
Galegher, the lone occupant of the vehicle, was not wearing a seat belt, the patrol said.
