Standing in his Rukavina t-shirt, delegate Duane Butorac of Eagan said he is holding firm. "I'm going to still support Tom as long as he's in the race," he said. Butorac said many Rukavina delegates plan to hold firm until at least the fourth or fifth ballot. But he acknowledged that supporters of other candidates are coming up to him and asking "which way the Rukavina (people) might swing if the numbers don't improve" for Rukavina.
