'Cowgirls'
Opening: Old Log Theater opens its season — the first under new owners Greg and Marissa Frankenfield — with this small musical about a group of classical musicians who are mistakenly sent to a gig in a cowboy bar. Unfamiliar with the musical patois, the women rise to the occasion with a slate of honky-tonk songs. Featured are Summer Hagen, Debi Kilde, Andrea Wollenberg, Quinn Shadko, Seri Johnson and Anne Reason. The show is directed by Kent Knutson, who comes to Old Log as artistic director after many years at Minnetonka Community Theatre. (1:30 p.m. Thu., 7:30 p.m. Fri.-Sat., 2 p.m. next Sun. $16-$30.
