St. Thomas names two assistant women's hockey coaches for Division-I debut

Bethany Brausen and Marty Sertich will be full-time assistants.

St. Thomas announced that Bethany Brausen and Marty Sertich will be full-time assistant women's hockey coaches as the Tommies prepare for their first season of Division I competition in 2021-22.

Brausen, from Little Canada, won two NCAA championships with the Gophers and coached with St. Thomas head coach Joel Johnson for five seasons as assistants with the Gophers.

Sertich, from Roseville and a former Hobey Baker Award winner for Colorado College, has coached the past four seasons at St. Thomas.
