St. Paul police are asking citizens to help look for a missing elderly man who suffers from dementia.
Manual Morales, 83, was last seen Dec. 26 on the city’s West Side. He’s Hispanic, 5 feet 4 and 180 pounds, and was wearing a gray zip-up hooded sweatshirt and maroon flannel shirt when he disappeared.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 651-291-1111.
