St. Paul police find vulnerable teen who was missing for hours

St. Paul police have found a vulnerable teen who had been missing four hours Saturday night.

Police did give the circumstances for how they located Philip Ward, 15. He had gone missing from the 2000 block of Suburban Avenue about 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
