St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter will deliver his second State of Our City address Thursday evening.
The address is part of the State of Our City Summit, which invites residents to share thoughts on the city budget and other issues at policy workshops following the mayor’s speech. At last year’s event, held at Johnson Senior High School, attendees discussed city initiatives ranging from college savings accounts to organized trash collection.
Thursday’s event is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. at Harding Senior High School, 1540 E. 6th St. in St. Paul. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
To RSVP, visit stpaul.gov/departments/mayors-office/state-our-city-summit-3 or call the mayor’s office at 651-266-8510.
