A St. Paul man was killed in a crash on Interstate 94 near Monticello on Friday morning.
Matthew M. Miller, 37, was eastbound on I-94 in the left lane near the Hwy. 25 exit around 10:39 a.m. Friday when his pickup truck collided with a compact SUV driven in the right lane by Reed E. Engel, 38, of Maple Grove, the Minnesota State Patrol said. Miller, who was not wearing a seat belt, lost control and rolled, the patrol said.
Engel, who was wearing a seat belt, was not injured.
