St. Paul Frozen Film Festival to open Wednesday

Winter Carnival event to kick off during Cinco Night in Rice Park.

St. Paul's very own independent film festival, the St. Paul Frozen Film Festival, officially kicks off on Wednesday, February 1st as it starts the From Ice to Spice, Cinco Night hosted by Boca Chica Restaurant y Cantina & El Burrito Mercado in Rice Park from 5pm-8pm. The Frozen Film Festival Press & Industry Party is set to begin at 9pm, hosted at Sakura!
The party is open to the public.Screenings will begin Thursday, Feb. 2nd at 5:30 pm, with "Fourth Phase", by Red Bull Media House, at the F.K. Weyerhaeuser Auditorium. For the full schedule and venue information, please visit www.stpff.com .
