With rain in the forecast for Thursday, the City of St. Paul has scrapped plans to close the entrance and exit ramps from eastbound I-94 at Dale Street. The ramps had been scheduled to be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday and Friday.

Today, look for disruptions at the intersection of Dale Street and Concordia Avenue as crews work to wrap up a paving project. Flaggers will be at the intersection to direct motorists.
