Sports Authority punts on bird study release

How difficult can this be?

A study about bird safety at the new Viking stadium downtown was commissioned to be completed this spring. Results were to be released in this month. Nope. The Minnesota Sports Facility Authority instead punted at its meeting a couple of days ago. Now we're looking at July, according to MSFA chairwoman Michele Kelm-Helgen. How involved can it be, counting dead birds, if there were any, and adding the numbers?
