Drugs. A 20-year-old Minneapolis man was cited for possessing marijuana in a motor vehicle, possessing drug paraphernalia and underage consumption of alcohol following a traffic stop at Hwy. 101 and Pleasant View Road.

Theft. A tree was stolen from the 7700 block of Market Boulevard.

Underage consumption. An 18-year-old man was cited for underage consumption of alcohol on the 2200 block of Lyman Boulevard.

Animal complaint. Someone reported their concern for a gaggle of geese. The caller said the geese appear to be frozen to a lake. An officer responded to the lake and observed the geese were sleeping, not frozen.

Theft. Two Christmas trees, valued at $120, were stolen from the 7500 block of County Road 116.

Theft. Tires, valued at $21,000, were stolen from the 4600 block of 77th Avenue S.
DEC. 2
Underage consumption. Eight 16-year-olds and two 17-year-olds were arrested for underage consumption on the 5900 block of View Lane.

NOV. 22
Animal complaint. A horse was attacked by a neighbor's dog on the 7900 block of Egret Drive. The horse required stitches on her fetlocks.
NOV. 30
Animal complaint. Someone reported loose cows in front of their home on the 6300 block of County Road 6. Officers located the cows and put them back in a fenced field.
Drugs. Officers observed a suspicious vehicle parked in Pioneer Creek Community Park after park hours. The driver and passenger stated they were in the park talking. Police detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and the driver had bloodshot eyes. A 22-year-old Delano man was cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. A 22-year-old Minneapolis man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theft. A 2002 Chevrolet Silverado was stolen from the 5300 block of Hwy. 12.
NOV. 25
Suspicious vehicle. Officers observed a vehicle in the parking lot of the police department, 1918 County Road 90. Two male occupants were both staring at their phones. They said they were playing Pokemon.

DEC. 5
Suspicious vehicles. Officers responded to Partridge Road regarding a vehicle that was parked and running for a few hours with no one visible inside the vehicle. The vehicle owner was located and he stated he forgot to turn the vehicle off.

NOV. 30
Drugs. A 22-year-old Minneapolis man was cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and a 20-year-old Bloomington woman was cited for having no Minnesota driver's license following a traffic stop at 66th Street W. and Humboldt Avenue S.

Drugs. A 23-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of cocaine, driving after revocation of a license, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding following a traffic stop on 78th Street E. and Bloomington Avenue S.
Assault. A 21-year-old man was arrested for assault at an apartment on the 6600 block of 12th Avenue S.
