Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at Chuck E. Cheese, 7505 France Av. S. A 17-year-old girl was arrested for assault, property damage, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and trespassing. Two girls, ages 16 and 17, each were arrested for disorderly conduct.

EXCELSIOR

JUNE 5

Disorderly conduct. A 38-year-old Orono woman was cited for disorderly conduct after getting into an argument with an Uber driver at Water and Oak streets.

INDEPENDENCE

JUNE 3

Alcohol violation. Officers stopped a vehicle for running a red light at County Line Road and Highway 12. The driver, a 17-year-old Lake Elmo girl, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to obey a traffic signal; a 17-year-old Mahtomedi female passenger was cited for possession of alcohol and open bottle; and the owner of the vehicle, a 17-year-old Plymouth female passenger, was cited for possession of alcohol, open bottle and no proof of insurance. Parents were called and told about the incident.

JUNE 6

Suspicious vehicle. Someone reported a hand hanging out the window of a vehicle parked in the 2000 block of Copeland Road. An officer located the vehicle and found that the male driver, a local farmworker, had pulled over to call his wife.

JUNE 9

Theft. Someone broke a padlock and stole 100 gallons of fuel from a tank in the 7000 block of Highway 12.

MAY 30

Suspicious person. A suspicious male was reported sitting on a park bench in the 200 block of St. John Street. The man lives in the area and said he likes coming to the park to listen to the birds.

MAPLE GROVE

JUNE 3

Property damage. Four tires were slashed on a vehicle parked in a driveway in the 12000 block of 74th Avenue.

JUNE 8

Theft. Four flats of plants valued at $180 were stolen from the yard of a home in the 1500 block of Howard Avenue.

MEDINA

JUNE 1

Suspicious activity. An officer spotted a vehicle parked without lights at 3:23 a.m., County Road 116 and Hackamore Road. The driver said he pulled over to look at the stars.

JUNE 4

Animal complaint. Someone reported a turtle in the road where the railroad tracks cross Pioneer Trail. Officers were unable to find the turtle and determined that it must have made its way across the road.

SHOREWOOD

JUNE 3

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of juveniles on the roof of Minnewashta Elementary School, 26350 Smithtown Road. Officers located a 16-year-old Excelsior boy and two 16-year-old Shorewood boys, who told officers they were retrieving a basketball from the roof. They were advised not to go back up there.

TONKA BAY

JUNE 6

Suspicious vehicle. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at Manitou Park on Manitou Road. They located the vehicle and found an 18-year-old Delano man and a 20-year-old Excelsior woman engaging in intimate acts. They were given a warning and told to leave the park.
